I was having a great day then BOOM… worst day ever!!! If you get the chance to meet the employee with a man bun, RUN!!!! He just wants to steal your money!!! When I asked for his managers info, he told me to google it!!! Unacceptable!!🤬

They move slowly, as if they have no motivation or urgency to get things done. It feels like they lack any real interest or pride in their work, showing little effort or attention to detail. Their attitude comes across as indifferent, almost as if they simply don’t care about the outcome or the impact of their actions on others.

The staff seem to be busy working on something and can’t be bothered to actually help. They gave a phone number to call and I’ve been here for almost an hour now first on call with an agent now waiting for system to assign new phone a number so I asked for power for my phone because it’s at 10% and the staff member gestured towards a power bar saying sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. Well today they aren’t working and he can’t be bothered to do anything about it. What abysmal customer service!

We were greeted by Privadarshi, who helped us buy new phones and switch our service from ATT to Spectrum Charter. We already had Spectrum as our internet provider and have not had any issues with it in over 2 years. (Except the bill rising $20) we were paying just over $200 for 2 phones at ATT so we are saving a lot switching to Spectrum. Privadarshi was kind, patient and very helpful. I did not give them 5 stars since they don’t offer accessories like cases, screen protectors and charging cables. This location was clean and steady with customers coming in and out.
